I film candidati
In corsa per il premio film con distribuzione limitata ci sono 20.000 specie di api, Backspot, Before I Change My Mind, Big Boys, Close to You, Crossing, Fitting In, High Tide, Housekeeping for Beginners e A Place of Our Own.
Le serie candidate
Per quanto riguarda le serie comedy, Hacks dovrà provare a battere Abbott Elementary, Ghosts, Loot, The Sex Lives of College Girls, Shrinking, Somebody Somewhere, Sort Of, We Are Lady Parts e What We Do in the Shadows. Tra le serie drama 9-1-1: Lone Star sfiderà Arcane, The Chi, Doctor Who, Found, Heartbreak High, Intervista col Vampiro, Star Trek: Discovery, The Umbrella Academy e Wicked City. Nella categoria nuove serie troviamo invece Agatha All Along, Black Doves, Brilliant Minds, Diarra from Detroit, Fantasmas, Hazbin Hotel, How to Die Alone, No Good Deed, Palm Royale e Kaos, cancellata da Netflix dopo una sola stagione. Rimanendo sullo streaming, tra i film usciti solo su piattaforma troviamo Am I Ok? (Max), Fancy Dance (Apple TV+), Good Grief (Netflix), The Groomsmen: Second Chances (Hallmark), The Holiday Exchange (Amazon Prime Video / Peacock), Mother of the Bride (Netflix), Ricky Stanicky (Amazon Prime Video), Season’s Greetings from Cherry Lane (Hallmark), Sweethearts (Max) e Wynonna Earp: Vengeance (Tubi).
Tra i documentari sembra insuperabile Will & Harper (Netflix), tra i favoriti anche per l’Oscar, mentre tra le miniserie antologiche difficilmente qualcuno riuscirà a battere Baby Reindeer, con Becoming Karl Lagerfeld, Eric, Carol & The End of the World, Expats, Feud: Capote vs The Swans, Get Millie Black, Mary & George, The New Look e Under The Bridge pronte a sfidarla. In ambito musicale sfida tra Adam Lambert, Billie Eilish, Elton John, Tove Lo, Victoria Monet e Omar Apollo.
